INFRASTRUCTURE ACCESS
All architecture, code, and visual outputs displayed on this interface are the exclusive property of Aventi Studio. Unauthorized scraping, reverse-engineering of our prompts, or using our content to train external AI models is strictly prohibited.
ENGAGEMENT PROTOCOL
When entering into a collaboration with us:
Scope Lock: All parameters (Volume, Aesthetics, Formats) are defined strictly in the "Alpha Prompt" phase. Any deviation after validation requires a new compute fee.
Initialization Fee: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to spin up the GPU cluster and reserve production slots.
Delivery: Final high-fidelity assets are delivered via secure cloud node upon full settlement of the invoice.
ASSET SOVEREIGNTY
We operate on a "Split-Rights" model: You own 100% of the final generated assets (Images/Videos) with full worldwide commercial rights. We retain ownership of the "Source Code" (Complex Prompts, ComfyUI Workflows, and Training Data) used to generate your assets, unless a "Full Buyout" is negotiated.
