DATA INGESTION
We collect two distinct categories of information to configure the system:
Corporate Identity: Name, Professional Email, Billing Entity, and Contractual Signatories.
Visual Input: Proprietary images, product sketches, CAD files, and Brand Guidelines used to train specific LoRA models.
Technical Telemetry: Browser type, IP address, and interaction logs required for system security and access control.
PROCESSING & AI ISOLATION
We use your data strictly to execute the agreed scope of work. We adhere to a strict Model Isolation Policy:
No Public Training: Your proprietary assets are never used to train public foundation models (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) or shared with third parties.
Sovereign Models: Custom models (LoRAs/Embeddings) trained on your brand DNA remain your exclusive intellectual property.
Service Execution: Data is processed solely to generate the deliverables (Visual Assets) and optimize the specific performance of your dedicated agents.
SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE
Your data is stored in encrypted silos. We employ enterprise-grade security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or leakage.
PROTOCOL EVOLUTION
The Visual Operating System is a living architecture. We reserve the right to update these protocols immediately upon the detection of new adversarial threats or generative exploits. Continued use of our infrastructure constitutes acceptance of the latest security firmware.
CLIENT RIGHTS
As a Sovereign Entity, you retain full control over your digital footprint.
Right to Erasure: You may request the permanent deletion of your custom models and input datasets at any time.
Right to Extraction: You may request a raw export of your generated assets and associated prompts.
Non-Disclosure: All engagements are covered by our standard NDA unless otherwise specified.
